We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage in Norham. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful border country and enjoying quiet walks by the River Tweed. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the cozy wood fire, which made our evenings extra warm and inviting. Plus, it was great that the cottage was dog-friendly, so our furry family member could join us. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this cottage as a peaceful getaway spot.

The well-equipped property includes a lovely new bathroom and a cozy, spotlessly clean bedroom. From the cottage, you can take a short walk to the River Tweed and enjoy the breathtaking views. The nearby historic Norham castle ruins and stunning seascapes add to the beauty of the location.

Great location in a quiet village with friendly amenities. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The bed was comfortable, and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the new bathroom, and the smart TV connected to the reliable WIFI was a bonus. The village pub was a short walk away and offered refreshing drinks and tasty pub meals. It was also easy to explore the coast and take beautiful walks right from the village.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The garden could have been tidied up, and the front of the property needed some attention, with dirty windows and failed double glazing.

The property had free WiFi, which was great because I need to keep up with all my Instagram followers while on vacation. And it's conveniently located 40 km away from Bamburgh, so if you're into road trips, this is the place for you!

Oh, I just loved finding hairs in the shower and ash under the fire. Such exciting little surprises to make me feel right at home.

The cozy and comfortable room made for a peaceful stay, and the friendly staff ensured we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet village with easy access to beautiful walks along the River Tweed and nearby castle ruins. The cottage's dog-friendly policy was a huge plus for our family, allowing us to bring everyone along. a 10/10 experience.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be a wider breakfast selection.
